Swimming at Northgate

When your child joins Year 3 they will take part in swimming lessons at K2 Crawley one day a week.

The children will be bought to and from school to K2 via a coach which we ask for parent contribution for. As swimming is part of the curriculum the lessons themselves are paid for by the school.

Whether your child is a complete non- swimmer or takes part in private swimming lessons they will be expected to take part in these lessons.

We will send letters and consent forms home weeks prior to letter you know when your child's lessons start and which days they need to bring their swimming kit with them.

Swimming kit includes:

Swimming costume or trunks
Towel
Swim hat/ goggles (not compulsory)
